Joint Operation between APH and Cardig Aero Services

On October 25th 2013 was held Signing Agreement for Joint Operation between Angkasa Pura Hotels (APH) and Cardig Aero Services (CAS), which is located at 21st floor the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Pacific Place, Jakarta.


This signing agreement was done by President Director of Angkasa Pura Hotels, Danny P. Thaharsyah and President Director of Cardig Aero Services, Diono Nurjadin. The event was attended by the President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Tommy Soetomo, Director of Marketing & Business Development Angkasa Pura Airports, Robert D. Waloni, and official staffs of Angkasa Pura Airports. It was also attended on this occasion, Deputy Director of Cardig Aero Services, Radianto Kusumo, Chief Director of Corporate Affairs & Corporate Secretary of Cardig Aero Services, Widianawati Adhiningrat and official staffs from Cardig Aero Services.


Angkasa Pura Hotels (APH) is one of the Angkasa Pura Airports (AP1) subsidiaries, which concentrate in hospitality services, lounge and restaurant. Beside doing construction of airport hotel at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, currently APH has also interested in developing business of inflight catering field. For supporting the opportunity, APH make a relationship with CAS which has long been focused on inflight catering business. Together APH and CAS developing catering services business that provided for airlines company. Hopefully, the synergy between APH and CAS has prospected for Angkasa Pura Airports to make I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali as a world-class airport.


The joint operation has been agreed as administrative join operation for two years. APH and CAS has decided to provide revenue sharing to Angkasa Pura Airports by 12 % and profit sharing by 60 % for CAS and 40 % for APH.
