1F&B ASSISSTANT MANAGER (SEMARANG)

Job Description :

  • Responsibilities : Responsible to ensure that the restaurant outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.  
  • Responsible to control profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, & taking appropriate actions.
  • Responsible to ensure that the monthly forecasted F&B revenues are achieved.
  • Responsible to analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
  • Responsible to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. Follow up and follow through on operational issues outlet

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): ensure all staff meets grooming requirment and monitor standart of procedure, direct and coordinate the activities between kitchen and service staff, handlingof cash, pos system and report of take in cash when on duty, good communicatin, interpersonal skill, ensure food safety regulations are followed accordingly, etc
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

2HEAD CHEF (SOLO)

Job Description :

  • Actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensure that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled
  • Responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the kitchen staff as well as coordinating their monthly training plan
  • The Head Chef is responsible for conducting monthly food inventory and controlling food costs
  • Resposible for maintain the equipment and generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew

Job Requirements :

  • Formal culinary training preferred (Min. Diploma in Culinary/Hospitality) with maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Head Chef or 2 years of Sous Chef from Indonesian Cuisine
  • Strong leadership & communication skill
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
  • Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity and cost control
  • Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
  • Willing to work late hour
