- Knowledgeable about HACCP

2. Sous Chef

- Fluent in English

10. General Admin
- Minimum Senior High School of related field

- Computer Literate (Excel and Word)
- Good Knowledge for Inventory Control (Restaurant and Hotel Industry)

11. Junior Cook
- Minimum Senior High School of related field
- Maximum 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Availability to work around peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Good knowledge of principles and quantity cooking and experience in quantity cooking of vegetables, meat,
fish and poultry, baked goods, etc., utilizing standardized metric recipes. Good knowledge of food service
sanitation standards, personal hygiene and safety.

12. Barista Crew
- Minimum Senior High School of related field
- Maximum 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Availability to work around peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Barista position for 1 years minimum
- Large theoretical Coffee knowledge
